Refund Policy

Oreni does not currently offer paid plans. This page describes the refund terms that will apply once paid access goes live via AppSumo.

1. Current status — beta

Oreni is in invite-only beta. No paid plans are active, and no payment is collected from any user today. Beta accounts have a weekly processing cap; if you exceed that cap you wait until the next cycle, you are not charged.

2. Future lifetime deal via AppSumo

A one-time lifetime deal (LTD) is planned for distribution via the AppSumo Marketplace at a later date. When the LTD becomes available, AppSumo’s own refund terms govern your purchase.

60-day no-questions refund window

For LTD purchases made through AppSumo, we honour AppSumo’s standard 60-day refund window: if you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase by initiating the refund flow inside your AppSumo account. We will downgrade the associated Oreni plan back to the free tier and revoke the LTD entitlement on receipt of AppSumo’s refund notification.

Refunds outside the 60-day window

Outside the 60-day window, refunds are at our discretion and AppSumo’s. Genuine billing errors (double-charges, charges on a cancelled account) are refunded on request.

3. Effect of a refund

  • The associated Oreni account plan reverts from ltd to free.
  • Previously generated courses remain accessible; future generation is subject to the free-tier weekly cap.
  • Account data is not deleted automatically — to delete the account itself, see the Privacy Policy.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence, such as the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
