Oreni offers a free plan and paid Starter / Pro subscriptions, billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. This page describes the refund terms for paid subscriptions.
1. Plans
Oreni has a free plan (no payment, a monthly credit allowance) and paid Starter and Pro subscriptions billed through Lemon Squeezy. The free plan is not charged, so there is nothing to refund on it. The rest of this policy covers paid subscriptions.
2. How paid access is billed
Oreni sells access to its AI-generated interactive courses and tools — as a subscription, not a sale of any source video — through a merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. The merchant of record processes your payment, issues your invoice, handles applicable tax, and processes refunds under its buyer terms. To request a refund, start from your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt or order-confirmation email.
14-day refund window
We offer a 14-day refund on your first subscription payment: if Oreni is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge, no questions asked. We downgrade the associated Oreni plan back to the free tier once the refund is processed.
Renewals and billing errors
Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Genuine billing errors (double-charges, charges on a cancelled account) are refunded on request at any time.
3. Effect of a refund
- The associated Oreni account plan reverts to
free. - Previously generated courses remain accessible; future generation is subject to the free plan's monthly credit allowance.
- Account data is not deleted automatically — to delete the account itself, see the Privacy Policy.
4. Future AppSumo lifetime deal
A one-time lifetime deal via AppSumo may follow at a later date. If it launches, those purchases will be governed by AppSumo’s own refund terms, which we will describe here at that time.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence, such as the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
